Good Afternoon,
Congratulations on an AMAZING season. The students accomplished so much, and better yet grew as performers and people. I hope every student feels the many ways in which this activity has transformed them. Below are some FINAL announcements for the season. Please take a moment to make sure you and your student are tying up all of the "loose ends" as we start preparing for Yearbook Night and Awards Night. If you have not yet done so, please complete your marching band fee payments ASAP. I will be communicating with families directly who still have a balance on their final bill. Please contact the Treasurers at [email protected] if you would like an additional email sent to you with payment instructions. Yearbook Night is a time for students to get together and create their section yearbook photos. Students print off pictures from the season at home and bring them to Yearbook Night. We include all of the other supplies. We are looking for some parent volunteers to help chaperone this event. It's super easy AND fun! Yearbook Night is scheduled for Thursday October 23rd at 6:30pm in the Cafeteria. Awards Night is our final event of the season where we get to celebrate all of the hard work and achievements from few months. Students typically dress up for this awards night. Each student receives an awards packet, we give out some superlative awards, and we all get to enjoy the end-of-season video!
